What Inacio Mandingo's misses most about Portugal is favourite dish Empadão.

In Portugal we have our own thing with fish that we love doing dishes, with mostly fish. We have this like, we this special pastries going on there, because we have these different pastries with different ingredients, this special dish called Empadão on the bottom and you just put rice in it. It’s like a lasagne but with just rice and fish and that’s what I miss the most.
